What We do...
S.H.O.W intends to provide direct relief for women 55+ who are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity by:
Developing affordable rental housing projects*
Securing land through donations and grants
Building 1Bedroom, one level, modular homes that are sustainably designed, cost effective, and comfortable
Offering long‑term, below‑market rent to ensure affordability
Creating supportive, community-style settings, where women can feel safe and connected
Partnering with experienced community housing providers to manage funding, construction, and tenancy operations
Exploring options for re-purposing existing properties that fit within our criteria.
*We are building one community at a time. The number of homes per project will depend on land size.
